Excellent book. This book delivers what it promises. Expensive though. It is thoroughly and methodically written, covering each topic in detail. My only recommendation is that, if it feels like it is going slow, feel free to heavily skim the book for the stuff you need. As long as you know what you are skipping, then you won't be in danger of overlooking something. You can always drill down as needed, or go back to it.

His approach is more impressive than the basic three-alternatives approach of (1) cost to replace, (2) current market value, and (3) present value of present income stream.
